WE WILL BE OFFERING SEVERAL GOOD BROODMARES, EQUIPMENT, TRUCKS AND TRAILERS FOR SALE. WE WILL CONTINUE AS HILLDALE FARM WITH NU CHEX TO CASH AND HIS GOOD SONS BUT WE WILL JUST BE SMALLER AND I THINK WE WILL BE BETTER.
Hilldale Farm in Princeton, Kentucky is located on 209 acres. The main house is over 2500 sq. feet with four bedrooms and three and one half baths. It has two fireplaces. A wrap around porch with great views of the entire farm and pond. It also has four employee houses. One modular home with three bedrooms and two baths, a small country house with two bedrooms and one bath, a single wide with two bedrooms and one bath and a double wide home with three bedrooms and two baths. The entrie farm is fenced and cross fenced with mostly four board Kentucky fence. (6 miles of fencing). It has a 61 stall MD training barn, with a 2016 sq foot barn office. The office has a full kitchen, private bath, 12 x 12 business office, 32 x 36 trophy room and 16 x 24 old west saloon.
