Because of the sale of 800 acres next to the Fayetteville, TN farm, Charlie and Tammye decided to sell and move to a quieter more suitable place to continue their horse breeding and training business. They built a beautiful horse facility on 200 acres in Western Kentucky. Charlie and Tammye then dispersed in 2010, divorced and went their seperate ways after nearly 20 years. They remain friends and still do some horse business together.

 

Tammye bought a small ranch in east Texas where she continues to breed and raise top quality reining and cowhorse propsects. Her program is still very much influenced by the Nu Chex To Cash, One Gun, Tuf N Busy and Little Peppy bloodlines that made Hilldale Farm a household name around the World in the Reining Horse Industry.

 

Although Nu Chex to Cash is no longer breeding, two of his sons stand here at the ranch. Chexamillion who is a full brother to the earners of nearly a half million continues his show career with Patrice St Onge and his breeding career at Hilldale Farm. Chexamillion is from the proven One Gun cross on Nu Chex to Cash and his mother, Snip O Gun is an NRHA all time leading Dam.

 

Busy Winin Chex is another good son of Nu Chex to Cash now standing here at the ranch. He will continue his show career in open with David Hutton and non pro with Sarah Locker (Tammye's daughter). We anxiously await his first foals in 2012. Busy is from another great proven cross on Nu Chex To Cash with his dam being a daughter of Tuf N Busy by Bueno Chex and her mother being a daughter of Doc Tom Tucker out of a daughter of Last Command. This old mare still resides at Hilldale Farm and is in foal to Chexamillion at age 22!

 

Some of the great old mares are still at HIlldale Farm in Brashear, Texas and expecting foals by the young stallions in 2012. Some of the mares still here are Snip O Gun ( Produce $477,000), Full Sis (produce $101,000), Lockyourgun( World Champion producer and daughter of One Gun), See Chex To Cash ( NRHA World Champion and earner of over $53,000) several other daughters of Tuf N Busy, two great producing daughters of Corona Cody and other great old bloodlines which we feel will preserve the mind and soundness of our horses through their training and showing careers.
